Unlike some of our competitors we include a free check to see if any of your Alloys are buckled and if any are we offer to straighten them at half our normal rate. Also as standard we include an extremely important Phosphoric acid immersion dip, it etches the Alloys surface so the new paint coating will grip the surface better and will not chip easily, it also very importantly removes ingrained corrosion from the wheel casting, especially in older badly corroded Alloys that is notoriously very hard to get rid of by other cleaning methods, especially sand blasting which has a tendency to blast corrosion further into the soft Aluminium wheel casting.(We also advise you to please check out our competitors to see if all our services are included in their own refurbishment process).
Our Alloy wheel refurbishment process takes 3 or 5 days, any less time would mean we would not able to fully prepare and refurbish your wheels properly.

Classic vespas and Lambrettas were first made in Italy and with these vintage scooters having so much character and charisma they quickly became a staple in British mod culture. As well as a mode of transport it also came to represent a fashion movement and naturally now enthusiasts are very keen to keep their classics looking stylish, and clean, which is why many people opt for powder coating treatments in their classic scooter refurbishment as it is very durable and long lasting, at Alloy Circles, we can revive the quirky character of these classic scooters or completely modernize them with colourful finishes. In order to repaint your scooter, we first have to remove all paint from the surface of the metal we do this by either sand blasting the old paint off or by chemical paint stripping. We can then sort out any repairs, either with new parts supplied by you or sourced by ourselves thats if they are still available or by us fabricating new ones and re- welding them.
There are cut down Alloys that have been powder coated in our wide range of standard stock colours on show at our workshop, these lightweight display wheels are portable and can be easily placed against your vehicle for easy colour matching or choosing a totally new colour that will really compliment your vehicle.
